We want you to love your wheels. If something is not right, here is exactly how returns and refunds work — no fine print, no surprises.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return on eligible items. To be eligible for a standard return, wheels must be:
- Unmounted — no tire has been placed on the wheel
- Uninstalled — the wheel has not been bolted to a vehicle
- In the original manufacturer packaging, including any protective wrapping
- Free from scratches, curb rash, or finish damage caused after delivery
Mounted or Installed Wheels Cannot Be Returned
This is industry standard and it is firm: once a tire has been mounted on a wheel, or a wheel has been bolted to a vehicle, it is considered used and cannot be returned. This applies even if the wheel was only mounted or test-fitted briefly. The reason is straightforward — a used wheel cannot be resold as new, and mounting a tire permanently alters the wheel's finish on the bead seat.
The exception is our Guaranteed Fit promise — see below.
Guaranteed Fit Returns
If a wheel we confirmed fits your exact vehicle — same year, make, model, and trim — does not physically fit due to an error in our fitment data, we cover it completely, even if the wheels have been mounted. We will send a prepaid return shipping label and give you the choice of a full refund or a replacement set that does fit.
To be clear about what this covers and does not cover:
- Covered: Our fitment data said these wheels fit a stock 2022 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road and they do not.
- Not covered: You entered the wrong vehicle, your truck has a lift kit or aftermarket suspension, or you changed your mind after mounting.
If you are unsure whether your vehicle is stock or have any modifications, email support@alloyhaus.com before ordering. We would rather sort it out upfront.
Restocking Fee and Return Shipping
For standard (non-defective, non-Guaranteed Fit) returns:
- A 15% restocking fee applies to the returned item(s). This covers inspection, repackaging, and return-to-warehouse costs.
- Return freight shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend insuring the shipment — you are responsible for the wheels until they arrive back at the warehouse in original condition.
For defective, damaged-in-transit, or wrong-item returns:
- No restocking fee.
- We provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Full refund or replacement at your choice.
How to Start a Return
Email support@alloyhaus.com with:
- Your order number
- Which wheel(s) you are returning
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the return is for damage or a wrong item
We will respond within one business day with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions. Do not ship wheels back without an RA number — unidentified returns cannot be processed.
Refund Timing
Once we receive your return and confirm the wheels are in eligible condition, we process your refund within 2 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible at support@alloyhaus.com with your order number. We can modify or cancel orders that have not yet been picked and submitted to the distributor. Once an order is in the fulfillment pipeline, it must ship and then follow the standard return process.
